Team Construction of Loopo Glass & Ceramics Group in August of 2021

The development of a company is inseparable from the positive work of the whole team working together and striving towards to the same goal. All along, our company has been people-oriented, sincere and respectful to every employee, but also attaches great importance to the effective collaboration ability of the team. Therefore, our company organized a team building activity in August 2021, aiming to strengthen the coordination and cooperation ability of the internal departments and improve the cohesion of the team.

During these short two days, our company participated two contests named "Hand in hand" and "Challenge 150", aiming to investigate and exercise the tacit understanding and cooperation between the team members facing outer team competitors. And we have gain great success in both contests Also a tea-party and group dinner were held, we share and laugh in a relaxing and stress-free atmosphere.

These team construction exercises have encouraged cooperation and strengthen interpersonal relationships, decreased work pressureand heightened our team members’ satisfaction, and team communication and cooperation, and mutual promotion between superiors and subordinates, which would be better applied to the future work and life.
